We are seeking a Full-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support insurance-based caseloads across clinic, daycare, and community-based settings. This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with children, values consistency in scheduling, and is comfortable traveling between service locations.

Kidology serves children with a wide range of needs, including fine motor delays, sensory processing challenges, feeding difficulties, mobility concerns, and developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy services to pediatric clients under insurance plans
Evaluate children’s functional abilities and developmental needs
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
Address fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and functional participation
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with insurance requirements
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time position
Hourly rate: $53–$64 per hour, based on experience
Flexible scheduling with weekday and limited weekend availability options
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
Pediatric experience preferred
Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and communication
Willingness to travel between clinic, daycare, and community locations
