About the Role Direct Support Professionals (DSP) openings – Residential.
CSS is hiring full‑time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions supporting individuals with autism in their daily lives. We are looking for caring and compassionate people to support adults and children with autism in upper Montgomery County. Positions provide support in a residential setting.
Responsibilities
Provide daily support to adults and children with autism.
Engage persons in community and recreational activities.
Advocate for individuals with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Coordinate with staff and families to support their chosen life goals.
Qualifications
Passion for supporting people with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including overnight onsite supervision if needed.
Willingness to receive on‑the‑job training.
Strong caring and compassionate attitude.
