We are currently seeking aPsychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)to join our supportive, patient-centeredPsychiatry Team. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining an excellentwork-life balance.
What You’ll Do
As an integral part of our behavioral health team, you will: Conductcomprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treata wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health disorders Develop individualized treatment plansin coordination with an interdisciplinary team Maketreatment recommendationsfor psychotherapeutic interventions and medications Collaborate with facility staff onbehavioral strategiesand care planning Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals Enjoy aMonday–Friday schedule, the flexibility to manage your own time, andno on-call duties. What We’re Looking For
Active and validCRNP license in Pennsylvania(required) Passion for patient-centered care in long-term or geriatric settings Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills A commitment to delivering care with compassion, ethics, and integrity What We Offer
