The Villages and Leesburg . Our practice is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to exceptional patient care, and strong APP–physician partnerships. This is a
100% outpatient clinic role
with
no call, no weekends, and no hospital rounding.
It’s an excellent opportunity for both experienced APPs and motivated new graduates who want to build a strong foundation in general cardiology within a supportive, well-established practice. Position Highlights
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
Clinic-only role

Leesburg

Focus on
general cardiology
including new patient visits and follow-ups
No call, no nights, no weekends, no hospital responsibilities
Join a
large, well-supported cardiology team
with excellent APP mentorship
W2-employed position with full benefits

with structured onboarding, shadowing, and hands-on training
Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient cardiac evaluations, follow-ups, and chronic disease management
Collaborate closely with cardiologists, APPs, and clinic staff to support high-quality patient care
Review diagnostic testing, manage medication adjustments, and participate in care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic environment
Qualifications
Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active Florida license (or ability to obtain one)
Strong interest in cardiology; comfort learning in a high-volume clinic setting
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship skills
