What You'll Be Working On As a
Founding Engineer , you will:
Design and build
AI-powered workflows
to automate complex wealth management processes
Architect and implement
multi-agent systems
delivering intelligent, real-time insights
Build and own
core platform components , spanning:
Backend : Python, Django
Frontend : TypeScript, Vercel
Infra : AWS ECS, RDS/Postgres, Redis, Terraform
Collaborate closely with the
founder and design partners
to define our technical roadmap

Who We’re Looking For Must-Haves:
5–10 years
of full-stack engineering experience at
Tier 1 startups
(Series B or earlier)
Prior
founder or founding engineer
experience, or extended role at an early-stage company
6+ months hands-on experience
with applied AI tools (Claude, Cursor, OpenAI, Anthropic)
Strong technical fluency across the stack with a slight
backend lean
BS/MS in CS or equivalent STEM degree from a
top 10 university
Technical Skills:
Backend : Python, Django
Frontend : TypeScript, Vercel
Infrastructure : AWS ECS, RDS/Postgres, Redis, Terraform
AI Tools : OAI, Claude Code, Anthropic, Cursor
Soft Skills:
Hungry : You bias toward action and crave ownership
Curious : You think beyond the code
