We’re hiring a Senior Protocol Engineer to lead core architecture and full-stack development efforts for a fast-moving Web3 startup. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s passionate about purpose-driven work and has deep technical experience in protocol and full-stack development. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of decentralized protocol components Build and maintain scalable backend systems Contribute across the stack in Rust and TypeScript Collaborate on infrastructure management using AWS or GCP Drive Solana or EVM-based smart contract development Work closely with product, design, and leadership to ship quickly and precisely Qualifications:
Required:
6+ years full-stack development experience 2+ years protocol engineering experience Strong command of Rust and TypeScript Experience with Solana or EVM development Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Preferred:
Startup or entrepreneurial experience Background in cryptography, ZK tech, or on-chain payment flows Passion for mission-driven or nonprofit-related work
