Business Analyst job at TekTronIT LLC. Island, Owsley County, KY. Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases

Act as a liaison between business users and development/QA teams

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement

Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

Maintain requirement traceability matrix (RTM)

Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and documentation techniques

Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
