driven, sharp, no-nonsense Survey Crew Chief
who knows how to get results and isn’t afraid to get their boots dirty.

What You’ll Do
Lead field survey operations for land development, infrastructure, and municipal projects
Manage crews, scheduling, and daily field logistics
Perform boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys
Ensure accurate data collection using the latest GPS, robotic, and conventional instruments
Work closely with engineers and project managers to keep projects moving and clients happy
What We’re Looking For
Experienced Survey Crew Chief (field-tested, confident, and detail-obsessed)
Strong knowledge of survey instruments, field procedures, and safety practices
Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with your crew
Valid driver’s license — and a passion for the road and the work
New Jersey field experience a
huge plus
