We’re looking for a CNC Operator/Programmer who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll Do:
Program, set up, and operate CNC Grinders to manufacture precision components.
Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications.
Select appropriate tooling, load materials, and operate grinder.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy,, and quality.
Conduct detailed inspections of CNC precision-ground components using various measuring tools to verify geometry and ensure conformance to design specifications.
What You Bring to the Team:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous CNC experience (grinders, mills and lathes)
3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
Programming experience (knowledge of G&M code)
Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision
