About the Role A Senior CISCO UCCE engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, management and support of Cisco-based contact centre solutions. Technologies include Webex Contact Center, UCCE, PCCE, EIM, WIM and Remote Expert.
What You'll Do
Administration, deployment, implementation and management of contact centre infrastructure based on Cisco UCCE
Provision of recommendations around technology and best practice
To be responsible for clear communication to key stakeholders at client sites.
Deliver tasks in accordance with defined scope of works and in line with best practice methodology.
Provide mentorship and an escalation point for more junior systems engineers
Provide root cause analysis to ensure system stability is maintained
What You Bring
4+ years of experience as a CISCO Engineer specializing in UCCE and PCCE
High level of technical expertise and the ability
Proven ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and learn new technologies quickly.
Extensive experience in UCCE\PCCE.
Desire to continue to develop personally and professionally
