About the Role This is a high-impact full stack engineering role where you’ll own major technical decisions, shape product direction, and deliver mission-critical applications. You’ll work across backend, frontend, and data infrastructure to solve complex problems at scale, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.
What You Will Do Backend Development
Design and build backend services powering ordering and production planning systems.
Create efficient ETL pipelines handling billions of rows of data multiple times per day.
Integrate with enterprise IT systems and collaborate directly with customer tech teams.
Frontend Development
Build and improve customer-facing web application features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Implement real-time synchronization and state management for multi-user workflows.
Optimize performance for large-scale datasets and complex workflows.
(Bonus) Contribute to the React Native mobile app.
What You Will Bring
Strong experience in backend development (Python, FastAPI, data pipelines, distributed systems).
Proficiency with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
Ability to design and optimize systems for large-scale data handling.
Experience with real-time applications, state management, and performance optimization.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment with high ownership.
Bonus: React Native mobile development.
