Location Grand Hyatt San Antonio.
Responsibilities Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. They gain menu knowledge, provide recommendations from our cuisine and drink offerings, engage in casual conversation, and create the dining experience through service style. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment. Prior server experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.

Refined verbal communication skills.
Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
Experience working in a high‑volume environment.
Open availability 7 days a week.
Primary AM shifts (6 a.m.–2 p.m.) with occasional afternoon shifts.
Must be TABC and Food Handlers certified.
