Compensation $100,000 - $120,000 annually + bonus + full benefits

What You’ll Do
Lead with Impact:
Oversee day‑to‑day operations for electrical service projects across multiple sites.
Drive Efficiency:
Optimize workflows, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Champion Safety & Quality:
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and maintain top‑tier service quality.
Own the Numbers:
Manage budgets, P&L, and KPIs to maximize profitability and performance.
Develop Talent:
Mentor and grow a high‑performing team of supervisors and technicians.
Collaborate Strategically:
Work closely with senior leadership to shape operational goals and growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
5+ years in electrical contracting or field services, with 3+ years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety codes, and industry best practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi‑site operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
ERP and project management software experience a plus.
