Your Role As a Painting Crew Foreman, you will lead on job sites, manage your crew, make smart decisions, and deliver high‑finish work. Collaboration with the Production Manager will help build a culture of excellence on and off the ladder.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and supervise your crew on‑site, setting the tone for professionalism and productivity
Keep job sites safe, organized, and on schedule
Assign daily tasks that play to your crew’s strengths
Maintain high standards for prep, detail, and final finish
Communicate with Production Managers about supplies, timelines, and progress
Adjust short‑term schedules to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Promote a positive team vibe that is respectful, hardworking, and drama‑free
Represent Allman Painting with pride to clients and contractors
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of leadership or foreman experience preferred
Confident, clear communicator with solid crew management skills
Strong planning and troubleshooting instincts
English fluency (Spanish is a bonus)
Valid driver’s license
Local to Summit County or ready to relocate to Breckenridge, CO
