Are you ready to make a significant impact in a leading biopharmaceutical company? We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sr. Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will centrally receive and track all change notifications from external suppliers to support the global External Supplier Change Notification process. If you excel in data analysis and systems use, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

Manage change notifications from external suppliers

Develop strategies to optimize the External Supplier Change Control process

Assess impacts of supplier changes on manufacturing sites and products

Communicate changes to appropriate manufacturing sites and divisional groups

Track and ensure completion of change notification activities

Qualifications Required

Minimum undergraduate degree or equivalent

5+ years (less experience considered if advanced degree) in Technical, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, or related fields involving products or processes

Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or vaccine manufacturing/packaging with quality, technical, or manufacturing focus

Self-starter with ability to work in a matrix organization and collaborate across functions

Knowledge of cGMPs, technical writing, and data analysis

Strong interpersonal, inclusive, and communication skills

Respect for diversity and cultural norms

Professional negotiation skills

Ability to prioritize, align, and simplify tasks

Exceptional data analysis skills

Works independently at all organizational levels, demonstrating rapid decision‑making, courage, results orientation, and appropriate escalation

Preferred

Experience with external supplier change control

Experience with Supplier Quality Management System

Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross‑functional teams

Six Sigma Greenbelt certification

Hybrid Work Model Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office‑based positions in the U.S. will be working a hybrid work consisting of three total days on‑site per week, Monday – Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote‑working day, unless business critical tasks require an on‑site presence. This hybrid work model does not apply to field‑based positions; facility‑based, manufacturing‑based, or research‑based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. This Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as “remote”.

Salary range: $104,200.00 – $163,900.00. The lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
