Role Supply Chain Leader - NAM Prefabricated Modular Data Center in Secure Power Division of Energy Management Business unit

The

Modular Data Center

(MDC) Line of Business designs, integrates, and tests full solutions built upon power conversion, energy storage, cooling, electrical distribution equipment and control software into modular enclosures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Relationship Management

Build and maintain senior-level and plant-level relationships with system integrators and key suppliers.

Act as the primary liaison for modular prefabricated solution engagements.

Supply Chain Leadership

Oversee end-to-end supply chain for modular data center components

Develop sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, capacity and delivery timelines including holding suppliers accountable for needed transformations.

Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Project Management

Partner with Project Manager and execution team to deliver custom modular solutions.

Ensure suppliers for projects support project scope, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and resolve issues.

Ensure supplier adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Accountability & Governance

Establish KPIs for supply chain partners; drive accountability.

Implement risk management strategies for supply chain and project execution.

Report regularly to senior leadership on project and partnership performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

10+ years in supply chain management, preferably in data center or industrial modular solutions including a track record of driving supplier transformations.

Expertise:

Strong background in supplier management, contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and lean manufacturing.

Project Management:

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects (PMP or similar certification preferred)

Leadership:

Ability to influence and manage relationships at senior levels internally and externally.

Technical Understanding:

Familiarity with modular data center design and construction processes.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with global suppliers and system integrators.

Knowledge of prefabricated manufacturing and logistics.

Strong analytical and financial acumen.

A proactive and self‑motivated person who anticipates needs, with a well‑organized, disciplined work style.

Travel Requirements

Up to 30% domestic travel for supplier visits, project oversight and partner meetings.
