IT Customer Service Analyst

Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking an IT Operations Service Analyst to provide technical support to AFS people in the Arlington, VA office, as well as remote support around the US, to ensure that IT services are delivered to meet business needs.
The Work:
Receive and respond to customer issues and requests while working in a team environment, following established procedures, and updating relevant systems as appropriate.
Exhibit proficient technical skills and excellent customer service.
Complete hardware upgrades and repairs, troubleshoot software, and complete other technical and non-technical tasks as necessary.
Work on special projects as needed.
Work hours are 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday, in the office, with frequent overtime. Hours are not flexible.
Occasional travel to other offices may be required.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 6 months experience in:
Support/troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11
Support/troubleshooting M365
Providing customer service
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Must be a U.S. citizen
Bonus points if you have:
Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service
CompTIA A+ certification
Microsoft Desktop certification(s)
Experience repairing Dell laptops
Previous work on US Federal engagements

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$61,700 - $109,400 USD
