Legal Assistant / Litigation Support Specialist
to support multiple attorneys with a mix of administrative, legal, and litigation-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in supporting attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and legal assistant support to several attorneys
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expenses
Assist with litigation tasks, including
cite-checking
and preparation of filings
Draft, edit, and format legal documents
Support client intake, correspondence, billing, and time entry
Coordinate meetings and serve as a point of contact for internal and external parties
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting attorneys or senior executives (law firm experience preferred)
Knowledge of federal court procedures and strong cite-checking skills
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software a plus
Must be on-site 5 days/week; must be authorized to work in the U.S.
