Position
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Organization Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is an anti‑poverty organization working to end homelessness in the New York area by 2050. We operate over 60 programs across New York City, Northern New Jersey and Westchester County.
Location 65 Charles Gay Loop, Wards Island, NY 10035
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience in data quality and data systems.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Training, audit and evaluation data collection and incident management skills.
Principal Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain the quality assurance help desk.
Review and respond to agency-wide incident reports.
Train the workforce on incident identification, writing and reporting.
Retrieve and review client/consumer grievances, agency-wide.
Assist in developing ongoing staff training for the electronic health record.
Support the AVP of Quality Assurance & Research and the Director of Data Quality & Systems in daily operations.
