What You Will Do:
Ensure that data is aligned across multiple platforms and that transaction data reflects available content. Perform data quality reviews of fleet status vs. maintenance task limits, review assets for exception handling, and coordinate resources to execute reconciliation of the data.
Key contributor to the concept of accurate data representing quality documentation for key military engine hardware. Safety, Data Quality, and enabling the Customer to Defend Freedom are your key deliverables.
Monitor lifing reports for late or missed tasks and monitor Electronic Equipment Logbook (EEL) deliveries from LDM to P&W for exception handling requirements.
Identify areas for automation within systems, processes, and tools and assist with development of new processes and tools that improve task performance.
Ensure proactive availability of reconciled lifing data for Module and LRU repair value streams.
Perform data quality checks/corrections for returned EEL data failures and conduct quality reviews for depot inductions, pre-test configuration and post-test usage updates.
Execute and deliver data quality metrics as required, attend depot level meetings/working groups/capacity reviews, and perform other data quality reviews as assigned.
Qualifications – Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Management, Systems Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Communications or Associate’s Degree with 3 years engine management experience, or 6 years aviation maintenance experience with at least 3 years of engine data management.
2 years of Data Analytics, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance or Operations experience.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Qualifications – Prefer:
Experience with MS VBA, Java, Python, or AI/ML.
Familiarity with Jet Engines.
Depot Level Maintenance concepts.
SAP/JILES/Maintenix knowledge.
Configuration management skills.
Role Type:
Onsite – Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite, including production and maintenance workers essential to engine development.
Salary Range:
$66,000 USD – $130,000 USD. Salary varies by experience, location, and other factors.
