Responsibilities
Micromanipulation (oocyte enucleation, cell injection, oocyte‑cell fusion)
Cell culture
Oocyte collection and maturation
Embryo culture
Media preparation
Data entry
Supply ordering
Maintain a professional image reflective of Trans Ova’s industry position
Follow Trans Ova’s policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Education Requirements
B.S. in Biology or related area preferred
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Ability to work on microscopes for prolonged periods
Ability to work under a laminar flow hood
Other skills/experience
Produces high‑quality work
Prior hands‑on experience in embryology (embryo culture, oocyte maturation) and micromanipulation preferred but not required
Good hand‑to‑eye coordination
Strong attention to detail
Good intention to follow protocols
