Responsibilities
Work in a progressive care stepdown transitional unit
Hospital-based setting with an intermediate care patient population
Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
13-week contract assignment
No block schedule requests will be considered
Candidates must not have a permanent address within 60 miles of the assignment location
Travelers cannot have been employed as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
Full-time employment elsewhere is not permitted during the assignment
Profile and skills checklist must be completed for consideration
Requirements
Active AZ or compact RN license required
Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a relevant setting
Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
Current COVID vaccination required
RQI certifications are not accepted
