Responsibilities
Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience.
Act as point‑of‑entry contact for clients with account queries, orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities.
Provide documentation support for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals, and related tasks.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Ideally 2+ years of client service experience within the finance sector.
Collaborative in nature with a proactive mindset and willingness to lead.
Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented – no task gets past you.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
US Only: Salary range $60,000 – $70,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
May be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
