Datacenter Project Manager .

Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, processes and procedures.
Deep understanding of industry‑specific estimating and engineering best practices.
Identify change events and implement change‑management best practices.
Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards.
Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and cost forecasting.
Report and read out project information to all stakeholders as needed.
Ability to develop and manage project schedules.
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, management, staff, vendors, clients, and others.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry in a management or leadership role.
Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling projects and/or data‑center construction projects highly preferred.
Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods – lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit‑price / rate, design‑build, time and materials.
Preferred professional certifications: OSHA‑30 Hour, BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, PMP.

Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range:
$55.00 – $60.00 per hour (actual pay based on education, experience, location, job duties, certifications, etc.)
