Personal Injury Paralegal

Position Overview The firm is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to support attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
Prepare and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.
Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination.
Maintain case files and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal.
Strong knowledge of Maryland civil procedure and personal injury litigation.
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Competitive salary up to $70,000, based on experience.
Collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth.
Schedule Onsite: 5 days per week in Baltimore office.
