About the Firm Our client is a boutique employment law firm dedicated to empowering employees and professionals by providing compassionate, strategic, and results‑driven legal representation. The firm handles a wide range of workplace matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and executive contract negotiations.
About the Role The client is seeking a
detail‑oriented and proactive Paralegal
to join their growing team. This is a
fully remote
position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced litigation environment and enjoys contributing to meaningful employee rights advocacy.
You’ll work directly with attorneys to support all phases of litigation—from client intake and discovery through trial or settlement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with case management and organization of litigation files
Draft and proofread legal documents, pleadings, discovery responses, and correspondence
Manage discovery, including document production, Bates labeling, and tracking deadlines
Conduct factual research and organize evidence for use in motions and trials
Prepare case summaries, exhibits, and trial binders
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Maintain and update case calendars, deadlines, and filings through court systems (state and federal)
Support attorneys with settlement documents and mediation preparation
Qualifications
2+ years
of paralegal experience, preferably in
employment law (open to defense or plaintiff)
Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures
Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite ,
Adobe Acrobat , and
case management software
(e.g., Clio, MyCase, or similar)
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $120,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
