Base pay range $20.50/hr - $23.50/hr

What You'll Do
Oversee and lead administrative staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency in branch operations
Support sales efforts by assisting the branch sales team and handling customer interactions
Process claims and ensure proper documentation and resolution
Review and manage daily stock receiving and invoicing reports
Oversee physical inventories and assist with cycle count management
Handle petty cash transactions, including reconciliation
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to manage inbound/outbound shipments and customer service issues
What You'll Bring
2-5 years of related experience preferred
Strong planning, organization, and decision‑making skills
Excellent communication and telephone skills to evaluate issues and recommend solutions
Knowledge of finance and accounting transactions in a distribution setting
Experience in inventory control, stock handling, and building products

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job‑related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
