Contract Maintenance Manager
Facility Services Inc., Fort Bragg, North Carolina, United States
Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) at Facility Services Inc. (FSI) will oversee the performance and execution of healthcare facility operations at Fort Bragg. The position is contingent upon award.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the designated contractor representative, with full authority on all task order matters.
Be onsite during normal duty hours; respond to urgent situations within one hour after hours.
Remain accessible to Facility Management staff 24/7/365 via company‑issued cell phone.
Provide immediate guidance during emergencies and notify the COR and FM as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Option 1: 10+ years of experience in medical/healthcare (bedded‑inpatient) facility operations and maintenance, including 2+ years supervising a diverse workforce in 24/7/365 operations.
Option 2: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Professional Engineer registration in the U.S., and 5+ years of healthcare facility operations/maintenance experience (including 2+ years of supervisory experience).
Additional Requirements
Formal training in Joint Commission (Environment of Care / Life Safety Code standards).
Working knowledge of NFPA, EPA, TJC, and OSHA codes and standards.
Minimum 5 years of experience with TJC compliance in healthcare facilities.
Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak, understand).
Certification: ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) is required.
