Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage plant personnel across production, maintenance, and support functions
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow to meet production goals
Manage budgets with a strong focus on labor costs, man‑hours, and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and minimize equipment breakdowns
Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed and promote a strong safety‑first culture
Coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize preventive maintenance efforts
Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
Background & Experience
Proven plant management or operations leadership experience
Background in recycling or automotive manufacturing is required
Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and productivity
Maintenance or mechanical background is a strong plus
Comfortable leading teams and holding people accountable
