We are hiring for full‑time and part‑time positions, including 24/7 shift availability, across the following roles:

Customer Service Associate (CSA) Serves as a primary client liaison, delivering responsive phone and email support while managing onboarding, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate CRM data, and strengthening long‑term customer relationships.

Business Development Representative (BDR) Initiates the sales pipeline by researching target markets, identifying prospects, and generating qualified leads through calls, email, and social outreach. This entry‑to‑mid‑level role involves heavy inbound and outbound communication.

Scheduling Associate (SA) Coordinates advance‑scheduled and urgent interpreter requests for medical and social service appointments. The role manages confirmations, negotiates interpreter reimbursement, supports recruiting during shortages, and handles high‑volume inbound and outbound calls.

Billing Specialist – Accounts Receivable & Collections Manages full‑cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment application, collections, and resolution of billing inquiries. Maintains accurate financial records while communicating frequently with clients in a fast‑paced environment.

Interpreter Onboarding & Compliance Specialist Oversees the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle for interpreters, ensuring proper credentialing, compliance, training coordination, and data accuracy to support operational readiness and service quality.

Recruiter Sources, screens, and secures qualified interpreters and translators across all languages. Supports hard‑to‑fill needs, assists scheduling during shortages, coordinates onboarding, and builds long‑term workforce partnerships through proactive outreach and community engagement.

Bilingual Customer Service & Language Specialist Provides video, phone, and in‑person interpretation in Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Russian, Ukrainian, and other languages, while supporting interpreter onboarding, documentation, scheduling, and customer inquiries. Ideal for bilingual, detail‑oriented, service‑driven professionals.
