Responsibilities & Qualifications
Strong experience in Release Management or Project Management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing activities in a fast paced, high‑pressure environment.
Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle – inclusive of both traditional and agile methodologies.
Working experience with ITSM Remedy or Service Now.
Understanding of the Change Management process.
Ability to work across multiple technology, infrastructure, and production support teams to develop and execute detailed, time‑boxed deployment plans.
A strong sense of urgency and personal ownership for resolving issues and obstacles to delivering on the goals of the organization.
Strong hands‑on experience in JIRA.
Ability to successfully influence and manage teams without expressed hierarchical authority.
Ability to successfully engage and interact with all levels of management.
Mandatory Skills:
ITIL Change Management. Experience: 5‑8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
