Senior Intensive Care Coordinator – MA Level Join Justice Resource Institute as a Senior Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) to support youth under 21 who have a serious emotional disturbance and are involved with multiple child-serving systems. This role emphasizes wraparound services, collaborative care planning, and family advocacy.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Care Planning Teams and coordinate multiple services for MassHealth-enrolled children and youth.

Act as liaison with individuals, partnering agencies, and supportive programs to guide the care of youth.

Assist families in accessing and monitoring available services and natural supports.

Provide trauma‑informed, wrap‑around services that center the needs of the youth.

Support parents and caregivers in learning effective advocacy skills.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Social Work, psychology, or a related human service field.

Independent professional license (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, RN).

Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver’s License.

Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and some weekend hours.

Preferred experience navigating child/family‑serving systems and collaborating with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, and behavioral health facilities.

Preferred experience advocating for children/families with serious emotional/behavioral health needs.

Knowledge of wraparound systems of care and child welfare.

Background and driving record checks will be performed.
