Florida Woman Care, an affiliate of Unified Women’s Healthcare, is actively recruiting a full-time OB/GYN to join our established, physician-led practice in Melbourne/Viera, Florida. Team-Based Care: Work alongside 5 physicians, 8 certified nurse midwives, and a women's health NP 4-Day Workweek: Maintain balance with flexible scheduling Call: 1:5 weekday call only (7 AM–5 PM only) — NO in-house night or weekend call — full hospitalist coverage after hours, and midwives are available 24/7 on call. Two Office Locations: Viera and Melbourne Hospital Affiliation: Holmes Regional Medical Center — Level II NICU, 24-hour neonatology, OB hospitalists, and da Vinci Robotics systems Block time available for Gyn surgeries and robotics Full Onboarding and mentoring!
