Quintus is a rapidly growing company in the custom furniture and specialty manufacturing space. We’re looking for a Planning & Purchasing Manager who can bring structure, accuracy, and foresight to our production workflow. This role is ideal for someone who loves organizing complex builds, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the entire production pipeline runs smoothly from planning to purchasing.

Planning & Purchasing Manager What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain weekly production schedules based on capacity, lead times, and priorities
Plan and coordinate all production activities to ensure on‑time delivery
Manage all vendor purchasing, including materials, components, and consumables
Build, validate, and maintain accurate
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
within the ERP system
Track inventory levels and anticipate material needs to prevent shortages or delays
Work closely with operations, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment across departments
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery
What We’re Looking For
Must be bilingual in Spanish + English.
3–7+ years of experience in production planning, purchasing, or supply chain
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and scheduling
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating pricing
Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems, including BOM setup and maintenance
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Experience in furniture or custom manufacturing is a plus, but not required
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly
