Senior Capability and Combat Relevance Program/Project/Management Analyst (Security Clearance)
NSI requires a Senior Capability and Combat Relevance Program/Project/Management Analyst to support PMA 276 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Location:
Lexington Park, MD
Education:
MA/Masters Degree preferred. Allowable substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience, or Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience, or Six (6) years additional work experience in the field.
Experience:
At least 10+ years' experience applying analytic techniques in evaluating program/project objectives.
Desired Experience:
3-year experience using NAVAIR PMT and/or CDRL Tool; prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition Integrated Product Team (IPT) to include cost, schedule and/or performance.
Security Clearance:
Secret Clearance is required.
Citizenship:
Must be a U.S. citizen.
