Responsibilities This position is for wireless customer service, handling inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with their wireless accounts. You may also be required to upsell. Key duties include processing orders, updating accounts and records, multitasking effectively, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
What We Expect From You You will deliver world‑class customer service to inbound callers, utilizing product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements
Exceptional communication and active listening skills, ability to build rapport, handle difficult situations professionally and navigate multiple systems; quick‑thinking problem solver, self‑motivated, strong work ethic and effective time management in a home office setting.
Sales‑focused mindset: proven ability to sell and upsell products/services while delivering excellent customer service.
Customer service experience: minimum 1 year in a customer service or sales role, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting.
Available for 12 weeks of paid training, with consistent 8‑hour shifts scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, 07:00 AM – 01:00 AM CST.
Available to work 8‑hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00 AM – 01:00 AM CST.
Must pass background screening, be at least 18 years old, have a GED or high school diploma, and be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Cable or fiber internet service only (no dial‑up, DSL, satellite or cellular)
25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Ping rate – less than 100 ms
Private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise (children, pets, people, electronics, etc.) cannot be heard during working hours.
Ability to be on webcam during working hours
