Responsibilities
Direct daily work activities on the line in order to meet productivity and production goals.
Training of operators in accordance to work instructions and training plan.
Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.
Evaluate new operators following the OJTs.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Minimum one year manufacturing experience
Demonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion
Strong computer aptitude and experience
Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required
Seniority level Mid-Senior level
