LHH is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a thriving team within a leading manufacturing company in Alpharetta, GA. This position will drive full-cycle recruitment for a rapidly growing organization in the chemical manufacturing sector. Manufacturing recruitment experience is required—the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and hiring talent specifically for manufacturing environments. You’ll play a key role in filling critical positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for roles in supply chain, logistics, engineering, senior financial analysis, and customer experience management; must have direct experience recruiting for manufacturing positions.

Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.

Utilize creative sourcing techniques to fill hard-to-find roles, such as engineering positions.

Stay informed on industry trends and evolving skill requirements within chemical manufacturing.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to management.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting within the manufacturing sector is required.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.

Skilled in building relationships with hiring managers and influencing decisions.

Experience with strategic recruitment and LinkedIn Learning.

Background in recruiting for technical or specialized roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CareerBuilder.

Work Arrangement & Schedule

Hybrid: 2 days onsite per week
