Job Title: Desktop Support Location: Redmond, VA / Dallas, TX Contract Job Description:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade Windows, applications, and security patches.
Resolve basic network issues including LAN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, and VPN.
Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
Assist users with Outlook, Office 365, Teams, and other productivity tools.
Perform system imaging, backups, and device deployments.
Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation regularly.
Use ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira to track and resolve issues.
Deliver timely technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
