$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

5+ years of Elder Abuse litigation experience , is trial-ready, and passionate about advocating for injured clients. Prior Elder Abuse experience is required; Personal Injury experience is a plus (training available if needed).
Responsibilities
Attend trials, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and court hearings statewide
Draft pleadings, motions, mediation briefs, and trial briefs
Manage litigation strategy and adhere to strict deadlines
Lead and collaborate with litigation teams in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Active member of the California State Bar
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proven experience in Elder Abuse and/or Personal Injury litigation
Ability to travel throughout California as needed
