The hotel's modern expression is informed by the city’s diverse maker‑culture and is as focused on integrating the work of Nashville’s artisans, chefs and craftsmen as it is that of its musicians. Responsibilities You are the key to the organization of the department! Preparing documents, keeping careful records, completing audits, and tracking information and progress are your strengths. You will keep organized files for all associates, prepare materials for celebrations and audits, and assist with many more administrative and operational tasks. You will assist in planning and executing training's, volunteer events, and more. You will exercise creativity while keeping tasks organized. You will manage tasks with minimal supervision, and welcome associates to the office and handle/direct their questions as needed. You will assist the Director of People & Culture with investigations, associate events, etc.
Qualifications You love being a warm welcome, a friendly face, the go-to! You are passionate about helping others, and ensuring they have a great experience at work! You work well without reminders and constant supervision, taking initiative and getting things done ahead of deadlines. You can strike up a conversation with anyone as an engaging and thoughtful liaison of The Joseph. You likely have experience with Marriott, and have 3+ years of human resources experience. You are skilled in basic technology, Excel, Powerpoint/Canva, Word, and other programs, and have basic mathematical skills. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
