After Sales Commercial Operation Analyst (m/f/d) You keep After Sales running smoothly: you keep KPIs and the service‑contract pipeline accurate, prepare forecasts and insights, monitor overdues/DSO, and ensure timely invoicing with clear coordination across regions. Your purpose is to turn data into decisions and processes into results, improving performance, reducing friction, and securing sustainable revenue in the service business.
Responsibilities
Maintain and further develop global After‑Sales KPI dashboards, and prepare regular analysis packs with clear action recommendations
Manage and update the service contract pipeline, including coverage, conversion, renewals, and preparation of churn and revenue forecasts
Monitor overdue items and DSO performance, including customer‑profile–based root‑cause analysis
Manage compensation and bonus data, prepare insights, and support regional teams with negotiation materials
Ensure efficient and timely invoicing of supplementary services, including escalation and follow‑up on delays
Organize training sessions, onboarding materials, and peer‑learning formats, and publish best practices and meeting documentation
Maintain shared platforms, coordinate with international stakeholders, and support continuous process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Services, Finance/Analytics, or Project Coordination (internships count)
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), basic ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI / Tableau. Strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail, and a structured, proactive approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills, paired with curiosity and learning agility
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
