SBCS has partnered with a growing organization who is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a passion for analyzing data and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting, including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial modeling Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards for key stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth Prepare and present financial presentations to senior leadership and clients Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and financially sound Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment CPA or CFA certification is a plus Benefits
