In this role, you will assist in providing professional financial and economic support services. You will conduct complex research on finance and investments, assist in preparing and producing regulatory reports, ad‑hoc financial reports, speeches, charts, and studies. Your research, analysis, and organized methods will contribute to effective business decisions through precise financial data interpretation. This position is a Bechtel NS&E Controller deployed project accounting role, reporting to the Uranium Processing Facility (UPF) Controller with full‑time support of the UPF project. It has a 12‑18 month duration with extension options pending work scope needs. The role is part‑time telework but may be full‑time for the right candidate, requiring at least three days of in‑person attendance per week as determined by the individual’s supervisor. Major Responsibilities

Provides professional accounting support services. Extracts and performs preliminary analysis of technical data. Works with transactional groups (e.g., Accounts Payable and Receivables and Client billings) to assist in common problems across projects that may be candidates for work process improvements. Assists with audit queries (internal and external). Provides financial analysis and coordination on GBU projects. Provides financial support to GBU project accounting management. Education and Experience Requirements

Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 2‑5 years of relevant experience or 6‑9 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills

Good working knowledge of expense reporting and Federal Travel Regulations (FTR) and General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Above average oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service acumen. Ability to set priorities quickly under pressure and quickly assess situations, customer needs and implement solutions.
