Overview As the next generation Relationship Banker, you will provide a high‑quality, high‑touch, high‑tech banking experience across all customer touchpoints. You will:
Manage, retain, and acquire long‑lasting win‑win relationships with our customers.
Identify and understand customers’ long‑term financial needs and offer tailored product and service solutions.
Leverage the bank’s latest technology products to meet customers’ expanding needs.
Responsibilities
Achieve quarterly and annual team/branch sales goals for C&I, CRE, SBA, mortgage, treasury management, deposits, wealth management investment products, international deposits/wires, and other commercial and consumer products.
Source and develop loans, including HELOC, residential loan, and commercial loan.
For MLO positions only: comply with annual renewals and all regulations, understand interest rates, financing, and calculations to better serve mortgage customers.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the bank’s deposit, loan, and ancillary products and the qualifications required.
Assist customers with financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan/credit card payments, wire transfers, and foreign currency exchange.
Demonstrate strong work ethic, self‑starter attitude, and focus on results with clients’ best interest in mind.
Apply strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
Engage and partner with team members and other lines of business to offer the most appropriate products to customers based on their needs.
Communicate effectively and confidently while engaging with clients.
Learn products, services, and technologies quickly and educate customers on online, mobile app, and self‑service portal banking.
Expertly use digital resources and technologies to optimize clients’ digital banking experience.
Influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of customer service, teller, sales experience, and MLO experience within the banking/financial service industry highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of branch operations.
Consultative relationship sales experience with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
Professional and thorough, with strong follow‑up skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
Strong familiarity and fluency with branch technology, mobile and online banking platforms.
Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and customer‑service skills.

Compensation Base pay range: USD $22.00/hr – $23.50/hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
