Hospice Business Development Representative
Join Our Dynamic Team as a Hospice Marketer at Red Rock Hospice for the Clark County region! Must be willing to travel throughout Clark County.
Are you a driven professional with a passion for making a difference in healthcare? Red Rock Hospice seeks a proactive, engaging Business Development Professional to connect healthcare professionals with our top‑notch hospice services, ensuring seamless coordination and communication for the best patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
Build lasting relationships: develop and nurture strong connections with referral sources such as physicians, hospitals, long‑term care facilities, and assisted living facilities.
Engage and educate: deliver compelling presentations on our in‑service offerings and follow up to address referral source needs.
Educate the community: explain the comprehensive benefits of hospice care services to healthcare professionals and community members.
Liaise and coordinate: serve as the essential link between Red Rock Hospice and referral sources, ensuring patient needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Resolve and innovate: promptly address concerns or issues faced by referral sources and provide innovative suggestions to improve marketing strategies.
Represent Red Rock Hospice at community events to promote a positive image and awareness.
Collaborate with discharge planners: ensure smooth patient transitions from hospitals and nursing facilities to home.
What You Bring
Dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for healthcare and commitment to improving patient care.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships.
Experience in a healthcare setting with a solid understanding of hospice care services.
Two years of experience in coordinating business development and providing education to patients, insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, nurses, community resources, and other healthcare specialists.
Capability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and independently.
