Key Responsibilities Develop, administer, and ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan for projects, following the Army Corps Three Phases of Control. Certify that all submittals, plans, and specifications meet contract requirements, and oversee evaluations and testing by approved personnel or facilities. Provide documented evaluations and corrective actions to maintain high‑quality standards and minimize recurring issues.
Minimum Qualifications OSHA 30‑hour certification. USACE CQM Certification. Experience with Procore and RMS. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PDF. Proven experience as a QCM on similar federal projects. In‑depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards. Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening (post‑accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.

Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, climbing stairs, ladders or staging, walking or standing for prolonged periods; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements, including extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including hard hats, steel‑toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness.
Working Conditions Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. The work site is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and loud noise.
