LOOKING FOR ANOPPORTUNITYTOJOINA GROWING COMPANY? We are looking to hire aPROJECT MANAGERfor our Glen Mills, PA office. Professional Plumbing Group (PPG)isan agile, solution-oriented organizationoffering highest level of customer care and solutions toall levels of theplumbing industry. TheProject Manager for New Product Development (NPD)will be collaborating withthe team, performing analysis, tracking, research & communication functions essential for the successful launch of new product & resourcing product implementation. Servingas a central source of information for the cross-functional departments involved in the projects. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage and oversee the schedules and deliverables for NPD and custom projects. Manage deadlines and milestones among stakeholders, teams, and management while communicating this information across the departments. Communicate and collaborate with NPD, Marketing and Sales to keep the cross-functional team informed and aligned. Interact with vendors aligning project schedules mitigating delays. Develop project close out reports detailing key milestones and lessons learned. WHAT YOU’LLNEED: Bachelors in Business Administration, Project/Product Management, Marketing or equivalent work experience A minimum of two (3)years’ experience as a Product/ProjectManageror related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of Microsoft Project, is a plus Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and product development is a plus Strong problem-solving skills, general business knowledge, multi-tasking ability, strong interpersonal communication skills and flexibility.
