|**Description**
Protein Conversion Supervisor
This position will supervise and facilitate operations within a pet food ingredient/protein conversion facility that will include but is not limited to production goals, quality, safety, employee morale, etc. The supervisor will also communicate with all hourly partners and be the liaison between upper management and the hourly partners to ensure that objectives are achieved. This supervisor will ensure that our customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
* Knowledge or ability to learn Protein Conversion operations* Ability to deal with a diversified workforce* Ability to communicate with a varied range of customers, management and partners* Some mechanical knowledge about pressure vessels, augers and conveyors* Ability to work without direct supervision* Good written an oral communication skills* Basic math skills* Excellent work history
Education
High School Diploma required with 5 years experience preferred in management/related field.
