Position Responsibilities

Suggest and lead process improvement initiatives addressing gaps across all three pillars: business processes, people knowledge and system enhancements

Promote adoption of existing and new system features to rationalize and improve market performance

Training, coaching, and mentoring of key planners/users. Development of training materials and solution description documentation in accordance with templates

Accountable for critical incidents and problem management across customer and supply chain solutions

Manage issue resolution and escalates appropriately based on levels of urgency with customers, helpdesk personnel and developers using solid negotiation and conflict management skills. Run root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem assessments with Vendors, RH & MBIT

Help the business implement technological solutions, including managing the requirements of a project or program and communicating progress clearly to all stakeholders’ levels

Ability to travel to regional

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related technical experience in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science or like discipline or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 4 plus years of the above stated experience

Preferred Education and Experience

Masters Degree

Experience with process mapping, including Salesforce or similar CRM Products.

Data analysis – experience writing SQL queries to pull data, Microsoft Excel, experience with Power BI or other reporting solutions
